  • Staffs and 핑크 슬롯 are prohibited from engaging in unethical and illegal actions including unjust instructions, mediation, solicitation andgranting of special benefits, etc. that can hinder fair execution of one’s own and other’s duties.
• Prohibition of acceptance of unjust profits
  • Staffs and 핑크 슬롯 shall not provide or be provided with money, valuables and entertainment, etc. to or by interested party that could hinder fairness in excess of the scope that is acceptable under the conventional wisdom in relation to their duties.
• Prohibition of involvement in politics
  • Staffsand 핑크 슬롯 will not engage in political activities during their work hours in the Company, and not use the organization, manpower and assets of the Company for political purposes.
  • Although the voting rights and political views of each staff and executive are respected, they must ensure that their respective political views or participation in politics are not misunderstood as the position of the 핑크 슬롯.

• Staffsand 핑크 슬롯, in the event of occurrence of actions in violation of the code of ethics, shall prevent recurrence through exhaustive investigation of causes and education.

• Money and valuables : Refers to things that could give economic profits including money (cash, gift voucher and usufruct, 핑크 슬롯.) andgoods, 핑크 슬롯.
• Entertainment : Refers to diversified activities carried out for gathering and interaction of people for businesses through meals, drinking party, golf, performances and amusement, 핑크 슬롯.
• Convenience : Refers to provision of or receiving benefits including transportation means, accommodation, tourism and support for events, 핑크 슬롯.
• Interestedparty : Refers to all people and organization in and out of the 핑크 슬롯 who can be influenced by the rights and interests generated through execution of the tasks of a person, and receiving of benefits through family, relative and friends, etc. will also be deemed as the action of the corresponding person.
• Administrator : Refers to those with positions equivalent to and higher than team manager at business site, factory manager andteam manager in headquarters.

• No one is allowed to provide, demand or receive money and valuables to and from any interested party for any purposes whatsoever. However, following cases 핑크 슬롯 be allowed exceptionally.
  • Souvenir andpromotional items distributed and provided to unspecified individuals
  • Souvenir generally provided to the participants of events organized by interested party.

• Actions that propose or induce provision of money and valuables, etc. among staffs and 핑크 슬롯 must not be practiced.
• Borrowing of money or provision of guarantee for loan must not be demanded among staffs and 핑크 슬롯.

• Staffs and 핑크 슬롯 must not use fixed assets, vehicles, furnishing and expend ables of the Companyfor personal use or take them out of the Company without approval.
• Staffs and 핑크 슬롯 must not arbitrarily assign and lend the Company assets to oneself or 3^rd party without justifiable procedure.
• Staffs and 핑크 슬롯 must not intentionally damage and destroy Company assets.

• Staffs and 핑크 슬롯 shall protect the real properties, intellectual properties and confidential business information, etc. of Company, and do not use them for their personal goals.
• Staffs and 핑크 슬롯 shall not engage in pursuit of personal gains and illegal transaction using the confidential information obtained from the Company by using their positions in the Company.
• Staffs and 핑크 슬롯 shall not disclose important information that could impart influence on the interests of theCompany.

• Staffs and 핑크 슬롯 must not use the budgetary resources of the Company for personal goals.
• Staffs and 핑크 슬롯 shall use the budgets in accordance with the standards stipulated under the law as well as the goals thereof at the time of execution of expenditures.

• Staffs and 핑크 슬롯, in the event of having detected or were proposed unethical action or action that is in infringement of the guidelines for practicing of code of ethics within the Company,, must report such incident to theCyber Audit Office.
• 핑크 슬롯 must process the fact of internal report anonymously and put utmost efforts to ensure that the reporter is not subjected to any disadvantages whatsoever.
• If staffs and 핑크 슬롯 who joined in or related to unethical action voluntarily reports such fact to the Audit Office or administrator, such employee can be exempted from punishment.
• If voluntary report is made to administrator, the corresponding administrator 핑크 슬롯 notify the said fact to the Audit Office.
• If an interested party reports unethical action of any of the staffs and 핑크 슬롯 of the Company, such report will be processed in accordance with the relevant procedures of the Company.

• Company can reward or pay appropriate remuneration to staffs and 핑크 슬롯 who made contributions towards accomplishment of the goals of theguidelines for practicing of code of ethics.
• Staffs and 핑크 슬롯 who violated guidelines for practicing of code of ethics will be referred to the Personnel Management Committee for disciplinary action.

This regulation is enacted and implemented as of October 1, 2020.

This guideline takes effect from January 1, 2023.
